Mô tả công việc
• Search information of Commercial & Residential lands in HCMC
• Analyze HCMC Commercial markets, Laws, Action information.
• Find out potential developer who has lands in HCMC
• Thoroughly understand related regulations/laws in development & investment
• Thoroughly understand procedure/process in legal approval
• F/S study & Financing, adjustment M/P
• Obtain domestic and international bidding information for selecting contractor in early stages and to
facilitate business promotion inclusive of the Projects funded by ODA or counter - part Vietnam
government fund resources.
• Prepare reports / research on potential ODA projects
• Have good relationship with high - level Government officers, Stated Owned Economic Groups or
international organizations and Vietnamese construction companies and sub-contractors.
Salary range: Negotiable
Work location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City

• At least Bachelor’s degree in University
• More than 5 years of experience in Marketing Business sector
• Marketing experience in Liaison or branch office (preparing & reviewing PQ and bidding documents)
• Experienced in adjustment M/P
• F/S study & Financing
• Deep knowledge for Bidding laws & procedures
• More than 5 years of experience in Marketing Business sector
• Marketing experience in Liaison or branch office (preparing & reviewing PQ and bidding documents)
• Experienced in adjustment M/P
• F/S study & Financing
• Deep knowledge for Bidding laws & procedures
