- LOCATION: Head Office, HCMC
- CONDITIONS (hours etc): 8.30am to 5.30 pm from Mon - Fri and 9.00-12.30 Saturday
- DIRECTLY REPORTING TO: Director of Branch (Indotrek/ Heritage Line)
***PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF ROLE:
The Marketing Manager handles all topics and aspects in the marketing department pro-actively. The person develops the annual strategic marketing plan in coordination with sales team activities including the annual budget. The person manages assigned projects individually until successful completion.
***RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Marketing Management:
• Develop and implement and monitor the annual marketing plan and ensure its full implementation over the year regards the planned marketing activities within the planned timelines
• Conduct marketing analysis to be aware of market and competitor activities and liaise with DOSM about new developments
• Analyze and develop Heritage Line’s marketing continuously by being creative with new ideas to improve the overall marketing of the brand including its products and to be up to date with market and competitors
• Support pro-actively in the corporate improvement of the department regards processes, SOP, quality and monitor team and company members to follow the CD guidelines.
• Work with B2B clients, Press and journalist on any relevant marketing topic (strategic and operational)
• Website management / Content management
• Concept, planning, budgeting and managing of marketing projects
• Manage in-house designer and outsourced design suppliers regards all design topics
• Online Marketing: Planning and monitoring of all online and social media activities based on given quantity targets per annual business plan.
• Ensure Heritage Line brand and corporate identity is respected within the corporate organization and with all reseller and media partners
• Manage the marketing team be it short-terms intern, designer and other employees to join the department
• Be in charge of databases to ensure quantity is constantly increasing and quality is absolute consistent. Especially develop the PR/Media database further.
• Inform team daily and weekly of marketing topics, updates, news to ensure department-wise awareness
• Monthly (quality and quantity) marketing reporting with given timeline
* Marketing Management:

- Collateral design and production
- Corporate design improvement and adaptation
- Online marketing including SEO and social media
- Others upon assignment

QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE
• Tertiary studies in marketing
• Good understanding of marketing with first practical experience
• Understanding of western cultures
• Regional destination knowledge
EXPERIENCE
2 years’ experience in online and off-line marketing, preferred in hospitality or in the luxury industry
Respectable awareness of luxury product and high-end client segment with their needs and expectations
Understanding of distribution channels
SKILLS
• Excellent - Written and spoken English
• Creative with an open, fresh mind. Highly communicative with great interpersonal skills
• Driven by commitment and conviction
• Talented to organizing, overseeing and follow up
• Able to think in concepts and cross-functional
• Very good knowledge of design and production
• Good knowledge of design program (Adobe creative Suite) and marketing and design language/terms
• Good - MS Office (Excel, Word, Power point etc)

• Traveling on request
