Marketing Manager for Real-Estate Development Projects

- To gather and collect information of potential projects
- To prepare reports on real estates of big cities in Vietnam; be capable of understanding and analyzing reports on real estates with the perspective of a marketing professional
-To conduct site surveys and gather market information to reflect the pricings of the market
-To estimate the expenses related to marketing tasks and execute various marketing activities and promotions with reputable vendors
- To conduct feasibility studies of development projects
- To formulate strategies and advise on product compositions and masterplans for prospective projects
- To deduce feasible market strategies with analytic skills
- Other duties assigned by General Director.
- Workplace: Lotte Center Ha Noi, 54 Lieu Giai, Ba Dinh, Ha Noi.

- 3~5 years of working experience
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in university
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
- Experience in sale of housing development projects
- Capable of English presentation
- No constraints for domestic and international business trips
