Marketing Manager (B2B Products Line)

B2B Marketing Manager is responsible for the entire Go To Market strategy for the segment, driving activities from lead generation to nurturing to pipeline acceleration. This role will be a key role to establish and to grow the commercial segment of the ASUS Systems Business.
1. Market intelligence - be the expert on B2B IT industry & purchasing journey – and understand the competitive landscape
2. To work closely with the Country Product Manager and Head of Marketing to develop end to end of B2B marketing strategies and to implement them :
- Develop Quarterly Go-To-Market Plan & oversee Marketing Budget
- Coordinate with HQ to align corporate direction & local execution
- Work with vendors and partners for fundings allocation
- Work with agency & local teams to develop & execute MKT activities
3. To establish brand awareness in the market by defining product and brand positioning and perception
4. To identify the appropriate target market in key industry verticals and develop key messages to drive ASUS brand value proposition
5. To identify suitable events (tradeshows, industry exhibitions, strategic alliance partner events and ASUS led events, webinars etc.) to participate in to drive brand awareness and generate quality leads
6. To work with HQ and Local teams to build on success stories and thought leadership content for different industry verticals
7. To manage and coordinate local team : allocate project / campaign/ activities to team members & track KPI targets

Diploma: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication or related field
Working experience: At least 4 year experience as a Product Marketing / Marketing Manager or similar role
Experience in marketing technology products / services or B2B industry

Understanding of B2B Industry or IT industry
Strong analytical and project management skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities to execute high quality deliverables
Ability to influence and negotiate with various internal and external stakeholders and build on positive relationships
Able to work independently & under pressure
Fluent English
Mandarin is a plus
