YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Acquire, update and analyze relevant information about the market and business environment: market sizes, market segmentation, competitors, customers and other relevant market intelligence
• Identify marketing strategies and develop business plan for assigned portfolio to support sale team aligned with agreed business objectives
• Implement and oversight all marketing & communication activities to manage the agreed KPIs and ensure the consistent in marketing communication, branding positioning and company image value
• Manage the allocation of marketing budget to maximize ROI and have positive impact on brand P&L
• Manage forecasting for revenue and production
• Plan and implement new product launch across difference channels and new product innovation aligned with regional & global species manager
• Develop and maintain relationship with strategic business partners, KOLs, as well as managing external agencies Market Research, Creative, Events, Digital, Social...
• Lead marketing team aligned with cross functional teams to achieve key brand initiatives, defining and clarifying initiative objectives as well as managing the team, timelines and resources needed

Yêu cầu ứng viên
WHO YOU ARE
• Strong knowledge and experience in Aquaculture industry or equivalent
• Knowledge about digital marketing is an advantage
• Strong experience in strategic Marketing and/or Commercial for at least 7 years, preferable with multi-international environment
• Strong marketing planning, decision making and execution capabilities
• Demonstration of successful executed marketing campaigns and/or Brand Plans
• Strong team leader to build, motivate and coach marketing team
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit, creative, collaborative, resourceful and strategic minded
• Good analytical skills, high organized and high adaptability in a fast moving environment
• Self-motivate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Vietnamese and English
• Proactive, open-minded and reliable
