JOB BRIEF
Marketing is responsible for managing the Company’s marketing initiatives including of management of two websites kornova.com and konova-viet.com, digital marketing activities, materials and organization events. You will use market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning. Marketing will lead integrated marketing campaigns concept to execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage websites
- Manage Kornova-viet.com and Kornova.com websites. Be responsible for day-by-day operations of these websites.
- Be responsible for contents of these websites. Coordinate with internal teams and partners to develop contents of sites.
- Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
- Manage the redesign of the company website.
- Direct and resolve issues to make sure these webs run smoothly. Coordinate with vendors to solve troubleshoots/security issues if any.

2. Digital Marketing
- Oversee digital marketing strategy for Company.
- Develop and managing digital marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the social media strategy for the Company.
- Manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
- Be responsible for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing.
- Evaluate client research, market conditions and competitor data.

3. Brand name development - Event organization
- Oversee and organize events/seminars that will make an impact to target clients. Ensure events/seminars successful and cost-effective.
- Build up partners and coordinate to organize events/seminars.
- Lead the marketing team and coordinate with internal teams and/or vendors/suppliers to handle well seminars/events.
- Be responsible for number of audiences for each event/seminar, worth of source of potential clients coming seminars. Manage assignment potential clients attended seminar/event to consultants.

4. Marketing material
- Revise and approve design marketing materials and further getting final approval of Directors.
- Be responsible for providing marketing materials on time and on budget.
- Manage marketing material budget efficient.

5. Generals
- Be responsible to Directors for operations of marketing team.
- Do other tasks assigned by Directors.

- BA/MS degree or higher in marketing or related fields
- 5 year working experience of website management and digital marketing or related fields.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS design, JavaScript development and constraints.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM, marketing database, emails, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Knowledge on design software is an advantage.
- Experience on leading/management a team. Good at communication and teamwork.
- Fluently in English communication and writing.
