Marketing Intern (Phòng Marketing & Communications )

POSITION PURPOSE
- To be responsible for all Marketing activities under Marketing Manager supervision in order to: (i) effective workflow within the team and with other teams, (ii) provide effective support on ongoing marketing activites, (iii) provide effective online & offline to support to the team activities in all areas.

*Key activities:
• Work with manager and designer to make sure the content is correct and the production is under agreed framework
• Manage social media accounts Facebook & Linkedin
• Work with vendors, hotels, partners when required
• Assist manager and other team leaders for planning and executing promotional collateral and communications.
• Assist manager to develop and manage sales and business development support tools including: brochures, product book, flyers/leaflets, sales & biz dev presentations, templates, photo provisions, name card and other offline marketing materials.
• Work with manager to manage client mass communication when required
• Provide events and marketing-related support to ad hoc requests from sales & sales representatives.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Strong desire to develop a career within Marketing
• Fluency in English (oral & written)
