Marketing for Partnership/pr (Crescent Mall Brand)

LOCATION: Crescent Mall Center Management Office, 6F, 101 Ton Dat Tien, Tan Phu Ward, District 7
WORKING TIME: 5 days/week (Monday – Friday), 9:00AM – 18:00PM (1 hour for break time)

- Marketing for Partnership/Customer Relations Management (CRM):
• Set up & maintain promotions/events and benefits related to Crescent Mall’s Premium Loyalty Program – the C Rewards.
• Manage research and analyze data in CRM system.
• Work with partners on partnerships related to the membership privileges.
• Make sure the partnerships are well managed and always be up-to-dated.
• Manage the partnerships’ benefit in return to the partners.
• Reach out to in-mall brands and external brands to create potential partnership.
• Prepares reports and other related presentation regarding Crescent Mall’s C Rewards program.
• Assist in development, management and operation of VIP lounge (in 2019).
• Be an active pursuant of the latest thinking in CRM and propose enhancements to deliver on KPIs.
• Prepare all the contents for Crescent Mall mobile application – particularly in partners’ featuring.
• Manage In-charge of formulating, managing and posting contents regarding E-Membership in all of Crescent Mall’s digital platforms.
• In-charge of all traditional and digital marketing related to promoting and advertising Crescent Mall’s C Rewards program.
• Help in ensuring constant increase in Crescent Mall’s follower base and digital engagement percentages.

- Marketing for PR/Digital:
• Assist in developing PR Plan
• Follow up, collaborate with agencies for executing the Media & Digital Booking Plan
• In charge of key social advertising channels such as Facebook, Website & platform such as Customer Relationship Management
• Assist in adapting PR articles, picked-up news for each campaign based on the official press release
• Assist in paperwork preparation & follow up such as contracts, invoice payments…
• Conduct monthly PR, media Report
• Support Marketing team with events preparation & execution
• Participate in development and enhancement of image, identity and brand recognition of Crescent Mall.
• Other related tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Candidate can choose one of these fields: Partnership or PR/Digital. No need to match both of them

• Bachelor Degree with Marketing, Journalism, PR is plus
• Relevant experience of at least 1 year working in a similar Sales & Marketing, Customer Relations Management, Partnership Management, PR or Communications position.
• Proficiency on software programmer including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of branding principles and promotion through multimedia including the Internet.
• Advanced knowledge of various media channels, whether written, oral or visual media, both traditional and electronic.
• Excellent communications skills, both oral and in writing.
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English, both oral and written essential.
• Good negotiation, communication and dealing
