Marketing ExecutiveTop management

Overall:

- Responsible for marketing communications activities in idsMED – Country Level

- Work closely with the Marketing Communications Manager and the Group Marketing Communications Team to execute and implement all elements of marketing communications strategies and planning that enhances brand equity and assists idsMED in achieving its company objectives and further strengthen the idsMED brand name and image.
Deliver measurable projects on time, within budget and to a consistently high quality.

- Utilize effective methods to facilitate excellent two-way communication with all internal and external stakeholders.

Branding:

- To coordinate and execute the production of all brand and design related requests for corporate branding materials including but not limited to sales catalogues, flyers, posters, brochures, company profile, print ads, company profile presentations, corporate merchandise, corporate video productions, etc.

Content & Channel Management:

- Responsible for the development and/or oversee the development of engaging, creative, innovative online channels contents (email, online/web, and social media)

- Generate weekly reports and review for all corporate communications publications in emails, online/web and all social media channels.

Events:

- Coordinate details of internal & external events such as corporate-wide exhibitions, seminars & workshops, as well as internal events such as office parties and internal celebrations.

- Define company brand through events.

- Support operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects/events are delivered efficiently.

Others:

Any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by immediate superior or management.

- Degree in Marketing Communications or Mass Communications

- Minimum 1 year experience in Communications

- Able to travel outstation when required
