Marketing Executive (Real Estate)

- Developing the marketing strategy for Project.
- Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and media.
- Cooperate with Sales, Customer Services and other department to create the best sale kits & other materials required.
- Planning and managing Project brand identity.
- Propose and implement events to improve the performances of Marketing channels.
- Manage and update all Project information on website, fanpage.
- Oversee and develop marketing campaigns and events.
- Seek out competitor information, market environment.
- Submit reports concerning own marketing activities, results of marketing campaign and territorial marketing expenses.
- Engage in discussion with all other internal staffs.
- Other tasks as assigned by Sales & Marketing Director.

- Bachelor degree.
- Minimum 1 year experience as Marketing Executive in Real Estate.
- Proactive, responsible and progressive.
- Be able to work under high pressure and time limit.
- Good interpersonal, communications and negotiation skills.
