Marketing Executive - Mailer

1. Main duties
 Mailer Promotion and Activities:
- Manage the production of mailer, leaflets, posters, flyers
- Create and develop new innovative methods to communicate company’s message to their existing customers
- Cooperate with related departments to be ensure progress of mailer and succeed of promotion
- Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials
- Communicate well with other departments to gather all promotion information
- Attend and organizing photo shoots for products
- Conducting market research and monitoring competitor activity
- Follow and supervise signing contract and payment process with Accounting Dept. and Agencies
- Supervise and support members of team
- Support events/activities of company and team
 A&P:
- Manage projects/tasks of Advertising and Promotion
- Understand market, competitors and customers
- Create new idea for promotions and activities base on trends and customers behavior
- Supervise activities, report after finishing and evaluate result of projects to give solutions for improvement
- Being responsibility to be ensure work follows schedule and problem solving
- Communicate well with team members and related departments to run projects
- Being responsibility to manage documents of team
 GENERAL
- Build and develop good relationship, and collaborate with other department/division.
- Supervise Marketing Officers in Mailer and A&P execution and other assigned jobs.
- Work/communicate & follow with related departments and agencies to get job follows schedule.
- Manage all expenses within approved budget.
2. Rules and Regulations
- Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.
3. Other duties
- Other tasks or responsibilities as being assigned by Marketing Manager.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:
- University graduated with the major of Marketing, PR or equivalent.
- Minimum 02 years of related experience, working in retail industry is an advantage.
Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:
- Good communication skill.
- Being responsibility and flexible in work
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks.
- Good planning, organizing and tasks management skill.
- Strong leadership and excellent relationship management.
