Marketing Executive Korean Speaking

Job Summary
Working with Management and Sales department in developing online and offline Marketing activities of the company, including but not limited to print materials, event marketing activities, social media advertisement, SEO, etc.

Key Responsibilities
• Working with Management to develop Marketing Strategies over the entire sales duration of the development;
• Assisting Sales & Marketing Department in coordinating various integrated communication and marketing activities
• Interfacing with counterparts and building up relationships with them as marketing suppliers;
• Coordinating production of a wide range of marketing communications;
• Developing and maintaining sales proposals and collateral, desktop publishing, rate cards, newsletters, brochures, and many other materials related to marketing;
• Supervising the production or implementation of marketing materials;
• Managing and updating company social media account and communicating and working with designers or design companies
• Executing a wide variety of details that involve direct mail, email broadcast campaigns, marketing trade shows and events, public relations, media advertisements, promotions, and other marketing plans;
• Tracking campaigns, preparing performance analysis reports of post campaign and making recommendations to concurrent programs for corrective modifications;
• Writing/coordinating and maintaining content and providing monthly updates to website(s);
• Assisting in production of multiple quarterly newsletters and distributing to email marketing list of companies;
• Assisting in writing, tracking and delivery of press releases;
• Monitoring online blogs for tracking communications related to the brand of a company;
• Working with customers in developing case studies, references, and testimonials;
• Executing and analyzing results of advertisement and marketing campaigns.

• Experience working in Project Sales and Marketing within Ho Chi Minh;
• Bachelor’s degree in related field;
• Degree from an accredited institution

Competencies
• Fluent in Korean and English and/or Vietnamese
• Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role
• Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
• Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics)
• Excellent writing, translation and presentation skills with computer proficiency;
• Creative, hardworking and team player, able to effectively communicate creative and innovative ideas;
• Extensive network of contacts in the VN media and ability to build strong working relationships to attain goals;
• Past experience and knowledge of Vietnam real estate market is a plus
• Ability to operate under solid pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Effective understanding of latest technologies and should identify how to apply them in marketing;
• Work collaboratively and efficaciously as a team member;
• Be self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative;
