Marketing Executive

1. THE JOB
* You will be the one who work directly with C-level to help build up & grow Marketing department. We expect you to grow along with the company, and possibly become our Head of Marketing in the future
* Strategizing & planning for short-term and long-term PR & Branding activities
* Increase awareness and develop an enviable corporate image by planning & execution company PR activities effectively
* Sourcing, developing and maintaining good working relationships with KOLs & media
* Optimize the brand exposure in term of social network and other digital platform
* Responsible for content on social media channels of the company (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Zalo, Google Business Place...etc)
* Internal PR/communications
* Crisis management. Monitoring media (including social channels) and reporting market information, brand reputation and competitors’ activities.
* Planning & handling offline events, conferences, activations when needed
* Co-planning & handling the qualitative & quantitative researches when needed, gathering customer insights, to support decision making process, on marketing as well as business improvement/expansion in general.
* Collaborate with other departments to help the company achieve KPIs, streamline operations, and develop core values.

3. IDEAL CANDIDATE
* BA degree in Business Administration/Economics/Marketing/PR/Communications or Social Sciences
* At least 2 years consecutive experience in PR – Branding/Communication (lifestyle or service industry is a plus)
* Experience in holding events
* Experience in content development, producing videos, photos
* Experience in media network are preferred
* Ability to develop strategies and implement plans
* Ability to develop contents, edit (suitable and interesting contents)
* Ability to work independently, under pressure and tight deadlines
* Experience in handling crisis on social media
* Hustle! (have a ‘get-it-done’ entrepreneurial attitude).
* Good at Critical Thinking (ability to think critically & systematically, analyze and solve problems with a strong Attention To Detail).
* Learn very fast; and be extremely flexible and adaptable.
