Marketing Executive

SUMMARY

Responsible for managing marketing, advertising and promotional activities at Gymboree Play & Music Vietnam. Takes steps to measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of Gymboree through various goals and objectives.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan marketing and branding objectives.
• Prepare marketing strategies and executives.
• Work closely with Management Board to create and execute all marketing strategies and implement tactical plans that meet and exceed company expectations.
• Responsible for demand generation, lead nurturing and marketing funnel optimization using inbound marketing tactics such as search engine optimization (SEO), social media, landing page conversion testing, online advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Lead and take part in Gymboree’s PR & Events activities
• Monitor and arrange the production and distribution of promotion materials
• Coordinate with sales team to ensure integration under the overall marketing plan
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
1. Achieve at least 90% previews target
2. Achieve sales conversion rate (new customers converted from previewers): 40%-50%
3. Improve company turnover: 20%

PRE-REQUISITES
• Bachelor degree or above in Marketing, communications or related field
• Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing in ENGLISH
• At least 2-3 years of experience at the same position.
• Qualified chartered marketer.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Confident and dynamic personality.
• Solid group leadership skills


HOURS
5 days a week, 8 hours a day

- Annual Bonus and Monthly Incentives
