Marketing Executive

In this role, you will support BTL marketing activities across the marketing department and will proactivity drive sales growth within this area. You will be creative with a proven ability of driving your ideas forward, as well as possessing a can-do attitude and strong commercial acumen.
In addition you will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that their strategies and visions are being reflected in your marketing activities.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Customer Relations Management: Support BE providing necessary customer information for their sales activities; plan & execute customer satisfaction survey; develop programs to maintain and increase MEMBER customers
2. Sales Promotion Monthly Plan: For each customer segments, develop relevant promotion plan and execute accordingly
3. Sales promotion registration: Manage procedures for registration of promotions to the Department of Industry and Commerce
4. Consumer Event: Organize consumer & customer events to cultivate new customers, based on the direction instructed by Sales & Marketing Director
5. Visual Merchandising: Manage VMD display materials and maintain showroom
6. Competitors Research: Collect competitors' information such as promotions, pricing, retail outlet development, once every quarter
7. Translation & Others: As necessary, translate English doc. to Vietnamese for Marketing & Training; Support other department for company program
8. Manage brand fan pages: update news update and posting following the plan
9. Inventory Level Management; Identify slow-moving SKUs and develop necessary action plan to move those inventory
10. Marketing Budget Management: compile marketing budget reports and make quantitative performance evaluation of each marketing activities (e.g. sales generated by marketing activity and investment. Verify quantitative performance of each marketing activities planned and executed and report analysis as well as evaluation.
11. Counter activities: Supervise and follow all counter activities - product, promotion, event, VMD.

1. Strong Communication skills – written and verbal in English and Vietnamese

5. Experience in marketing of cosmetics/advertising/FMCG environment would be highly desirable
6. Highly organized with prioritization skills
