Marketing Executive

The role

We are looking for a results-oriented professional who enjoys new challenges to work in our education company. You need to have excellent communication skills, possess a creative mindset, be a team player, self-motivated as well as have a passion for creating innovative media content. Key job responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Produce and Edit basic videos
• Produce and Design promotional materials
• Manage and run EF events
• Manage social media contents and create campaign for EF on Instagram, Facebook and Youtube
• Answer enquiries on Facebook Messenger, adverts and posts
• Support the promotion of EF Vietnam’s events using Facebook adverts, EDM, social media pages, other relevant channels
• Plan and execute marketing events, office events, offsite sales events, school visits and presentations
• Gather and upload data for marketing and sales purposes

And other tasks as required by the Country Manager or department’s head.

• Recognized university degree or specialize in media (Students from FTU, Journalism & Communication Institute, RMIT and FPT are preferred)
• Basic design and video editing skills are needed
• 1-2 years experience in media/journalism
• Excellent writing skills
• Ability to prioritize, meet challenging deadlines and perform under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Energetic, flexible personality and entrepreneurial spirit
