Marketing Executive

Job Objective:
Be responsible for executing public relations and event activities for BUV campaigns.

Key responsibilities:
• Develop, deliver and evaluate PR and communications programme to support the current and future business objectives of the organization
• To write/edit press releases, advertorials, editorials and presentations to promote BUV brand and to support student recruitment
• To actively involve in preparing MKT Collaterals (brochures, handouts, promotional video clips, multimedia programs)
• In charge of Media Tracking & Media Clipping monthly
• To organize press conference, exhibitions, events or press tours
• To be responsible to follow-up with admin jobs in PR & Events Department
• To support BUV’s activities in organizing or presenting at high schools if request
• To undertake the necessary market research to have a depth-understanding about industry and competitors’ strategy
• Adapt with the challenges in BUV
• Undertake other assignments as delegated by Line manager and/or the COO.

Job Requirements:
• Vietnamese national
• Holder of Bachelor’s degree preferably in Communication, Marketing, Business or Foreign Languages
• At least two years experiences in the same position in Educational companies is an advantage (regardless of industry)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese
• Good team player
• Excellent event organization skill
• Good time management skills with the ability to multitask
• Excellent translation skill
• Excellent research skill
• Computer literacy – MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
