Mô tả công việc
The objective of this position is to design, create, and deliver marketing strategy & programs to support expansion and growth of the company services and products; analyze & develop products segments, market trends, competition, pricing. It is a varied role that includes:
• planning;
• advertising;
• public relations;
• event organization;
• product development;
Responsibilities
• Work closely with Business Managers to design & develop the Marketing strategy & programs to achieve business targets.
• Develop creative and innovative sales materials (brochure, catalogue, sales tools…) that will help Divisions in their sales efforts.
• Develop good advertising programs/materials, websites, media communication, public relation, newsletter, write-ups… in the medias & control all printing/public materials.
• Plant & implement the various clients’ seminars, new products launch, and other events… to take-care clients and add value to business growth.
• Monitor the Rentokil Initial brand, imagery and livery as they are used and developed around Asia.
• Organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.
• Liaise with Asia Marketing Communities for general support in marketing.
• Research new market opportunities & segmentation as well as competition & price.
• Cooperate for the customer satisfaction survey and analysis to make sure service is delivered to meet clients and requirements.
• Evaluate marketing campaigns; manage budgets.
• Other tasks are required by Line Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication
• At least 2 years in Marketing field with B2B industry
• Good command of English and Vietnamese
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Active and creative
• Excellent cross-functional skills
• Able to work under high pressure, dependently and teamwork
