Marketing Executive

Position Objective
• The Marketing Executive role will support the overall vision and strategy to meet the goals and expectations of the Marketing & Communications department at ISHCMC.

Responsibilities
Marketing
• Delivering marketing plans within key objectives
• Maintain and manage the Marketing Resource Center & Library
• Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press, radio or TV as appropriate to the product or service
• Coordinating, oversee and tracking marketing campaigns across several channels
• Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
• Working with in-house designers to produce materials of visual impact and within brand guidelines
• Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
• Lead project-based initiatives (photography, videography shoots)
• Monitors and assists with maintenance and updating of the school’s website
• Manage suppliers and freelancers to meet project requirements and deadline
• Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
• Managing and updating social media accounts and various media channels
• Proactively research and connect with the wider community to grow ISHCMC’s awareness
• Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures

Events
• Lead the organization of Marketing events
• Coordinate with other departments and suppliers to ensure events are delivered smoothly and effectively, representing ISHCMC in the best light
• Attends appropriate functions to network or oversee Marketing and school activities, events, exhibitions and trade fairs

Administration duties
• Translation tasks (minimal)
• Preparing a range of reports that contribute to school level and regional decision making
• Assist Head of Marketing and Communications in managing annual and project budgets
• Ad-hoc duties as directed by the Head of Marketing & Communications

The job holder’s responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young person’s for whom s/he is responsible, or with whom s/he comes into contact will be to adhere to and ensure compliance with the relevant Cognita Safeguarding; Child Protection Policy and Procedures at all times. If in the course of carrying out the duties of the role, the job holder identifies any instance that a child is suffering or likely to suffer significant harm either at school or at home, s/he must report any concerns to the School’s Child Protection Officer/Designated Safeguarding Lead or to the Head of indeed to the Regional CEP so that a referral can be made accordingly to the relevant third part services.
