Marketing Executive for Telephone Product

The job incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:

• Make & manage PSI (production, sales, inventory) forecast to ensure stock situation, and make report to BOD/area branch on monthly basis
• Develop product marketing plan based on headquarter direction & budget, then work closely with revelant departments to ensure successfully implementation to achieve business plan
• Manage P/L of product categories to control expenses of marketing activities; make monthly P/L report
• Be responsible to provide product information, product training to distributors and customers; work closely with Marcom team to ensure a solid & strong brand awareness and accurate product information on websites; making advertising & promotion materials (leaflet, catalog, brochure..)
• Coordinate with area branch, factory for order and supply, other inquiry regarding product
• Work closely with Import team to provide any document required during importing process; follow up monthly shipments to ensure schedule with customers
• Create sales order
• Negotiate, settle dealers support and make payment to dealers
• Support Technical regulation team during quality testing if any product or information needed
• Weekly visit, maintain and develop relationship with distributor & key dealers to promote Panasonic telephone product, update market trend, collect sales data
• Others relevant tasks as assigned

• College/Bachelor Degree in related field
• Fluent English and good at MS Office
• Have working experience for a foreign company is a plus
• Able to work independently and willing to travel frequently
• Preferred male candidates
• Have solid knowledge and passionate towards Telephone& Headphone products
