Purpose of the Job
• Responsible for working with vendors (IBM, HPE, NetApp, DellEMC, Oracle, F5, Trendmicro, Cisco, VMware, Microsoft, Autodesk, etc…) to execute marketing campaigns for Business Partners and Customers.
• Channel Marketing Role
• Supporting Sales role in the organization

Responsibilities:
• Assist Marketing Manager in working with vendors on marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Organizing and executing marketing events targeting Business Partners and Customers.
• Run promotion programs for Business Partners, report on program results and make payment to Business Partners.
• Support digital campaigns and update information on website and Social Media channel.
• Administrating of MDF Co-funding with vendors and submitting claims.
• Proceed the necessary procedure to make the rebate payment to Business Partners
• Willing to take job rotation and business travel when there is reasonable business requirement and/or being requested by the Country General Manager.
• Other tasks as assigned by Marketing Manager or Country General Manager when necessary

DIRECT REPORT TO: Marketing Manager and Country General Manager

Communications:
Vendors, Internal Team, Agencies, Business Partners, Customers.

Academic qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing or Business Administration, or its equivalent

Experience:
- Min 2 years relevant experience
- Experienced in fast-paced environment
- Candidates have experiences in IT industry is preferred
- Having digital marketing background is preferred.

Skills:
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Meticulous towards details
- Good communication skill
- Experience in handling customer/partners alliance/event agencies would be added advantage

- Well organization skills
- Good planning skills
- Ability to exhibit creativity
- Not hesitant to do paperwork and admin tasks

Language capabilities:
- Effectively bilingual in English and Vietnamese
