Marketing Director

Our client, the leading sports service provider in Vietnam is seeking an experienced leader to lead their marketing team to a Win!

The Marketing Director has management responsibility for internal and external marketing functions. A mix of start-up and big company experience is preferred. Personal attributes
include: high levels of creativity, energy, positivity, honesty, communication, cooperation and drive.

This positions works in coordination with the executive management team of the company to formulate the marketing strategies and then owns the implementation of those strategies.
Marketing Director leads the full marketing lifecycle: Campaign design, Execution, Monitoring, Optimization and Analysis.

The ideal candidate for this role should have extensive digital marketing experience which will include multiple digital marketing channels such as: email, Facebook, Partner marketing, SEO, remarketing and pay-per click. In addition, candidate should be able to flow back and forth between management and hands on operation, while also being quantitative and knowing that marketing is accountable. The candidate needs to believe in the idea of test, measure, and optimization.
