Marketing Designer

Designer will take care of all designing jobs in multimedia (both digital and offline materials for the company). The job holder will define the design directions, guidelines and deliverables quality based on the brief of the project leaders. In addition, the job holder is expected to manage the timeline and workload to prioritize works delivered. Business acumen is also needed to communicate with other team members and agencies.

- In charge of the design directions and design theme for the whole company as well as other Business Units
- Research other companies in the market to ensure the outstanding image direction
- Design all printed materials and digital graphics in alignment with the campaign objective
- Deal with other suppliers and vendors to ensure the production quality is in compliance with design direction
- Update the new design style in multi-media to keep the company image always updated with the modern style
- Communicate with other marketing team members to update the industry trends, business insights and customer insights
- Jointly with branding team to control the brand guidelines within the company
- Participate in some marketing projects as marketing members (if any)
- Be supportive for any ad-hoc suggestions related to the brands appearance in the market

• Good at 2D Design, Corel, Auto, CAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator/UX/UI
• After Effects, Adobe Premiere and sketching ability is a plus
• Creative and innovative
• Quick learner and high level of curiosity about new technique
• Good communication skills
• Open and active
• Teamwork spirit and be supportive
• Able to work with multi tasks and under pressure
