* Position Purpose & Summary:
• Take Leads in coordination with Product managers and commercial team to develop and execute comprehensive product launch program, especially product communication through out organization from internal employee, sales team, dealers and farmers.
• Support commercial team to develop and execute comprehensive customer communication and engagement programs.
• Aligns with the commercial/sales director to lead the tactical execution of marketing plans through go-to-market efforts, branding, and internal/external communications.
• Tale lead in working with appropriate COEs to develop and execute functional training and development program for internal including staffs, sales and technical services.
• Take lead in working with SMT and Commercial to define and map organization’s needs on key required capabilities that enable devering of company business objective and future strategy.
• Builds and sustains high performance deployment and training teams that work effectively together, including identifying and developing current and future talent
• Brand custodian, take lead in development and execution of all brand communications through out vavious communication channels including website, mass media, etc…
• Brand custodian, ensure quality and consistency of Cargill brand and its communication across communication materials and channels.
* Principal Accountabilities:
*** Product Communication:
Coordinate the deployment of Innovation offerings and product communication:
• Leads the development and deployment of all products and innovation to ensure comprehensive understanding and appreciation of Cargill value proposition.
• Aligns with the commercial/sales leads to lead the tactical execution of marketing plans through go-to-market efforts, branding, and internal/external communications
• Coordinate with Product managers, Technical application lead to manage the deployment of NPSS (new product, service & solution) to the market (internal and external)
*** Technical Training:
Lead development and execution of functional capability training and development:
• Take lead in working with SMT and Commercial to define and map the organization’s needs on key required capabilities that enable devering of company business objective and future strategy.
• Tale lead in working with appropriate COEs to develop and execute functional training and development program for internal including staffs, sales and technical services.
• Shares knowledge broadly to the industry which enhances CAN’s position with customers as an industry thought leader.
• Support commercial team to drive comprehensive understanding, application and embended the Cargill Sales Framework into the day to day sales operation.
*** Brand Communication:
Brand custodian, develop and execute brand communication:
• Lead in development and execution of all brand communications through out vavious communication channels including website, mass media, etc…
• Brand custodian, ensure quality and consistency of Cargill brand architechture and brand essence across communication materials and channels.
• Protects and enhances CAN´s reputation and brands.
• Manage the execution of brand communication across touchpoints and channels
*** Talent Development:
• Support Strategic marketing lead to completes a strategic workforce plan for SMT functions. Define/revise position requirements, assess talent, and implement changes to drive a world class organization.
• Builds and sustains high performance strategic marekteing teams that work effectively together, including identifying and developing current and future talent
• Facilitates collaboration and engagement between SMT team and commercial team
• Ensure that your area of influence is aligned with Cargill Guiding Principles, mission, values and goals, Anti-Competitive practices and regulatory compliance. Provide leadership to your area of influence to ensure a safe working environment so every employee returns home safely. Develop strong connection within local commercial team, TAMs & CFN Vietnam resources. Create an environment that promotes a high performance team with a “can do” attitude. Alignment with the culture of continuous improvement and meritocracy.

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years professional experience either in training development or marketing communication, experience in both field is a trong bonus point.
• Strong leadership skills, team building, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Must have sense of prioritization, urgency and entrepreneurial proven track records
• Proven ability to effectively collaborate, influence and lead change
• Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach
• Execution track records
• Fluent in English communication (written and spoken)
