Be responsible for following up with contract execution with fully stamp & signature after get approval
Managing and record all document relating to public area
Making Annex, Liquidation Agreement in compliance
Coordinating with Tenant to get fully supplement document requested by local authorities and AeonMall
Be responsible for seeking and negotiating price with outside customer, Tenants to maximize rental income at public area under well management
Handling relevant customer complaint to ensure their operation in compliance to Shopping Center' rules and regulations
Coordinating with Accounting team to follow bad debt if any
Support MKT team if required
Managing and record all document relating to public area

Candidate must possess at least a College Degree, Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
Required language(s): English
Applicants must be willing to work in AEONMALL Bình Dương.
Preferably Junior Staffs specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
Full-Time position(s) available.
Willing to work in shift: shift A 8:30 am - 5:30 pm - shift C 1:30 pm - 10:30 pm (with 80.000 VND allowance per C shift)
No working experience required. Fesher will be trained.
Required language(s): English
Applicants must be willing to work in AEONMALL Bình Dương.
