Description and Responsibilities

HQTS is seeking a Vietnamese marketing coordinator with a high level of English proficiency, to assist with a range of marketing activities, both domestic (Vietnamese language) and International (English language), focused on the testing, inspection and certification Industry. The candidate should have an understanding of offline and online marketing strategies and activities and be familiar with B2B marketing. They should have a general understanding of SEM, SEO and and direct experience with PPC and Social Media and if they have experience with offline Events and Trade shows, it would be beneficial. The candidate needs to be able to communicate with local marketing agencies as well as HQTS headquarter, to cover and promote HQTS Events and Trade shows and other offline activities as well as manage online marketing activities at the same time. They will take direction from HQTS International marketing team situated in Fuzhou, China and shall support all marketing initiatives as needed. Experience in design and an understanding of the Supply Chain and quality control is a plus.

Responsibilities

1. Follow the marketing strategy to develop Brand awareness and leads in Vietnam
2. Create, translate and manage content
3. Develop and manage local language channels including; social media, website; email; other
4. Work with third party marketing agencies to accomplish marketing goals supporting all online and offline promotions and campaigns.
5. Measure, optimize and report on marketing campaigns both online and offline.
6. Be familiar with Google Analytics to report, as well as AdWords, Social Ads, Website/Forum display Ads etc., to develop domestic Ads Campaigns, track leads/conversions report results
7. Should be familiar with landing pages and lead generation forms (or at least understand the function of landing pages and report leads and conversions).
8. Collaborate with International marketing teams in Brand awareness campaigns to drive awareness and develop leads.
9. Have a basic understanding of SEO and help to manage a local website and be able to work with marketing agency to maintain and develop website SEO/SEM etc.
10. Stay current with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.

1. Either a degree in marketing and 2 years of experience, or 2 years of marketing experience giving you an understanding of Marketing overall, including Paid search (online/offline), Content and design, Social media.
2. Be familiar with the concept of B2b marketing and supply chain industry, including offline activities such as Trade shows and Events.
3. Excellent communicator who takes direction from distant locations.
4. High level fluency in English
5. Broad understanding of global markets and B2b marketing

Compensation

Salary: USD1,100-1,500
