THE ROLE

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing integrated marketing campaigns for the purpose of building brand equity for RMIT University in Vietnam as well as generating enquiries for student enrolments across both Hanoi and Saigon South campuses. This role is a key member of the Marketing and Student Recruitment Management team and will effectively contribute to the development of annual planning and strategy relevant to the department and in support of growth of revenues from student enrolments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate the development of RMIT integrated promotional campaigns and branding campaigns including but not limited to Experience Days, Information Days, Application Days, Program Launches, Scholarship Program, Peak-time campaigns to increase awareness and trigger interest in RMIT University in Vietnam and Melbourne.
Manage all promotion channels across all traditional and digital platforms with an emphasis on content planning, setting and monitoring campaigns to maximize lead generation.
Manage and analyse data for remarketing purpose and strategically develop the email marketing plan to nurture leads.
Develop reports on outcomes of campaigns including number of leads and other key performance indicators (KPI’s) achieved making recommendations and adjustments for future campaigns.
Coordinate content across online channels including RMIT website, RMIT blogs, social pages including answering FB inquiries
Liaise with agencies and/or the Digital Marketing Coordinator to develop social media strategy and tactics that support marketing and communication objectives and maximize SEO and SEM opportunities.
Collaborate closely with Student Recruitment team to ensure campaigns and activities support targets.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

Bachelor degree with major in Marketing or a relevant discipline
Minimum 5 years of related experience in marketing or advertising
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement promotional campaigns and branding campaigns (including ATL Media campaigns) to build brand awareness in Vietnam and Melbourne
Proven experience in creating, implementing and measuring effective strategy and tactics for online marketing communications to enable lead generation.
Experience in data analysis, review and interpretation of Google analytics and other metric based tools to effectively manage campaigns.
Skills in using Google Drive, Spreadsheet, Mailchimp along with a diverse range software and an ability to learn new systems
Knowledge and experience of working with creative teams to achieve promotional campaign objectives
Experience in working with a wide range of stakeholders through effectively managing expectations, resources to achieve agreed outcomes

ENGLISH PROFICIENCY REQUIREMENTS

If English is not your native language then you will be required to demonstrate a minimum English language proficiency standard at a BULATS Intermediate level (BULATS score 65), equivalent to IELTS (General) 6.0. RMIT Vietnam will require you to complete a BULATS test to assess your level of English before an offer of employment can be made.
