Mô tả công việc

1. Business

- To lead the process of performing annual review and risk assessment of existing Marketing processes – including but not limited to trade related marketing investment, merchandising placement & maintenance, stock management, EHS management and Distributor Operations Management – and recommend improvements in said processes as required
- Develop and propose audit plan of Marketing processes (– with objective of controls enhancement and risk mitigation within Marketing Related Processes) for the year to the Line Manager and key stakeholders
- Proactively plan and execute timetable of audits, and lead and direct the audit team members in order to achieve desired objective of Risk Mitigation of existing marketing related processes
- Plan and conduct audits on time/in full and manage the work quality of audit team
- To identify, analyse and evaluate matters of significant weaknesses constituting a risk to the business and make recommendations for improvement for consideration by the Marketing management.
- To prepare written reports for the relevant senior management that clearly and accurately explain findings and propose practical recommendations for improvement.
- To regularly monitor the implementation of the agreed action plans for improvement.
- To provide ad hoc advice and research work on control issues to Marketing management.
- To share ideas / initiatives with the Line Manager and Marketing management to enable continuous process improvement within the Marketing function.
- Share best practices & assist in knowledge transfer where applicable.

2. People

- To build and maintain solid relationships with key Marketing Managers/process owners to improve business understanding and ensure that Audit focus remains aligned with the business objectives
- To work with the audit team to ensure a continuous level of trust and openness amongst key Marketing Managers/process owners, so as to facilitate transparency with key stakeholders and enable the performance of audit reviews
- To effectively manage direct reports as well as participate in conducting independent audits in accordance with plan, based on operational risk identified in Marketing processes
- Manage key stakeholders and process owners as part of audit fieldwork, documentation of processes, and exploration and understanding of current processes
- Drive learning and development opportunities for self and team members. Ensure that adequate awareness exists among the team about marketing issues and the implications on the control environment
- To work with the Line Manager to promote the benefit of internal audit reviews

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- An internal audit background, and professional level knowledge of modern auditing and accountancy practice and techniques, including prior audit experience
- A minimum of 5-7 years auditing experience (preferably in internal audit) with experience in an Audit/Consultancy company or FMCG environment, and displaying a good working knowledge of other discipline areas.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a cross-functional audience - including senior managers
- Capacity to adapt behaviour to cope with changing environment/processes, and to manage and plan within this changing environment.
- Strong creative thinking, communication and influencing skills
- A professional disposition which will reflect positively on the business
- A self-starter who is capable of taking own initiative and working well with minimal supervision
- Spoken and written English must be of a high standard.
- Mobility to travel within Vietnam
