Marketing Content and Business Development Specialist (IT Services)

East Agile is looking for someone to help us use online networking, advertising, and content about its successes to generate more incoming inquiries for its software development services. You will interview people inside and outside East Agile to understand what we are doing and have done, think about how to present our successes over the last decade and 150+ clients, then document those in a simple format, and market those successes.

Content (Primary Role)
We are extracting Success Stories from our existing clients. These are stories about new technology abilities we have developed and skills we have used. Or special situations we have dealt with. Or impressive results we have generated for clients. This flow of information needs to be researched by talking with our engineering team, and sometimes with our clients. Then this needs to be crafted into blog entries, tweets, and reference material for sales people to refer to when talking to potential clients. The eastagile.com website needs to be kept fresh and relevant, reflecting our evolving capabilities and sales and marketing priorities.

Advertising
We want to advertise online using Google Adwords and other channels including Twitter tweets and Facebook Pages. Appropriate landing pages need to be managed and designed on eastagile.com. Advertising performance needs to be tracked and reported.

Networking
Using content from Success Stories we want to encourage blog and news postings, Facebook posts, Linkedin posts and other channels to draw positive attention to East Agile.

Research
We need to identify events, online resources and channels, and market opportunities where we can promote East Agile.

Branding
We need to have a consistent brand image both visually and in terms of wording and 'message' that is reflected in content, advertising and networking initiatives.

(1) This role would be based out of our HCMC office in District 10.
(2) It would involve mostly independent work, and occasional close consultation with the CEO, head of engineering, sales people in the USA and other people working with clients, as well as members of the technical staff.
(3) Excellent written English is an important asset in this role. But lesser abilities can be supported if the person has a more junior role working with someone who can review their work.
(4) The person needs to be able to write about technical subjects by researching through interviews with technical experts at East Agile.
(5) A deep understanding of business social networking and online advertising channels is mandatory.
(6) Ability to work with visually appealing graphs, charts, spreadsheets, formatted documents.
(7) Able to work effectively with Microsoft Office, Google Apps and Mac OSX.
