Marketing Communications (Senior Associate)

1. Design and implement, marketing plan for the Company’s business segments.
2. Initiate and manage PR/Advertising campaigns in accordance with the Company’s short and long-term target. Maintain good relationship with the press.
3. PR crisis management for both the Company and its assigned clients.
4. Plan and execute internal communication and team building programs to deliver management message and increase employee engagement and commitment in the Company. Play the main role in the Company’s internal magazine.
5. Manage the Company’s branding in marketing materials both online and offline.
6. Maintain good relations with clients and public agencies.
7. Define and develop the strategies for the Company’s corporate social responsibility.
8. Other tasks assigned by Board of Management.
Report to : Board of Management

Education: Bachelor degree required. Concentration in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred.

Experience: At least three years in Marketing/Communications field within professional service environment, a proven track record in developing and administering a marketing program.

Required Skills: Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with all levels in the organization. Polished presentation and interpersonal skills. Good communication and presentation skills in English and Vietnamese. Good command of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications.
