Marketing Communications Cum Investor Relations (Senior Associate)

Marketing Communications:
1. Initiate and manage PR/Advertising campaigns in accordance with the Company’s short and long-term target. Maintain good relationship with the press.
2. PR crisis management for both the Company and its assigned clients.
3. Manage the Company’s branding in marketing materials both online and offline.
4. Maintain good relations with clients and public agencies.
5. Define and develop the strategies for the Company’s corporate social responsibility.
Investor Relations
6. Develop investor confidence and belief in the company’s vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value.
7. Develop a robust investor relations strategy and framework.
8. Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties.
9. Provide insights on market activity and present them to the leadership team.
10. Analyze and present financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the business.
11. Work with legal counsel to ensure compliance on regulatory matters.

. Bachelor degree required. Concentration in Finance.
• Minimum 2 or more years experience dealing with investors. Marketing communications experience is not required.
• Understanding of Corporate/Securities laws and securities disclosure requirement is a plus.
• Knowledge and understanding of the capital markets, as well as a thorough understanding of key metrics for companies in the industry.
• Intimately familiar with financial modeling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors.
• A professional who is also entrepreneurial, and has a client-minded focus.
• Must be able to perform in a high-pressure environment, and be able to meet tight deadlines.
• Polished presentation and interpersonal skills. Good communication and presentation skills in English and Vietnamese. Good command of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications.
