Mô tả công việc
1) Management of collaterals, giveaways and other POP materials (40%):
- Manage a storage of source files
- Localize and adapt collaterals with local elements and manage warehouse
- Develop digital library for digitization
- Manage printing and publishing vendors to make sure of printing and distribution quality for collateral/giveaways.
- Manage local Call to Action fulfillment
2) Marketing Communications Support (40%):
- Support the Field Marketing manager to run marketing communications campaign via integrated tactics (Event, DM, Ads, Social, etc.)
3) Other Marketing Communications Project Support (20%) – depends on campaign and priority, assigned by direct supervisor or local communications team leader.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1/ University degree
2/ Experience in:
- Social Media and Communication
- Graphic design and art as a plus point
- Event management
- Sales & Marketing
- Computer literacy, design tools
- Services skills
- Communication skills (interact with both internal and external customers, customer/partner handling skills, vendor handling skill).
- English skills. Be able to communicate with customer/partner/counterparts over phone
