As the Marketing Coordinator, you will help to enhance company’s brands on the market with the strong focus on Recruiting and Marketing targets through the implementation and supervision of all marketing/sales initiatives. The person will serve as a lead marketing specialist and project manager, ensuring that deliverable for all projects are completed in a timely, accurate and cost-effective manner, while also supporting the strategic vision of top-management.
The Marketing Coordinator will work under the supervision of Sales & Marketing Manager and with outsourced network of marketing contractors (agencies and freelancers).
The Marketing Coordinator will coordinate both large and small projects, including fulfillment of brand advertising, digital marketing, communications, branding, offline events/seminars/workshops…
• Planning and executing marketing strategy for brand and exhibitions as developed by the Sales & Marketing Manager;
• Coordinating marketing activities of several subordinate brands of the company and supervise the execution of works provided by contractors;
• Supervising Pay-Per-Click (PPC) activities, branding activities and Social Media communications to ensure maximum visitor awareness of museum events;
• Project management of local events including seminars, offline events;
• Responsible for creating effective Marketing channels for the local market;
• Building, maintaining and developing relationship with key partners: feeder schools, school principals, education departments... to attract potential students - parents through events, seminars, roadshows, scholarship sponsors...
• Oversight of budget for all marketing projects & Participating in the development of marketing annual strategy;
• Reporting to Sales and Marketing Director on a daily/weekly basis;
• Performing related work as assigned.

• Having at least 2 years’ experience in marketing/related field
• Understanding of A/B testing principles
• Experience in working, dealing with schools is a plus
• High attention to detail along with a flexible, proactive approach
• Must love numbers, Microsoft Excel and developing reports should be exciting to you, you might not know all about Excel, but you want to learn
• Ability to synthesize & analyze many sources of information, and develop path forward to achieve desired outcome
• Skillful at working with cross-functional teams and pulling together outcomes from disparate players across the team
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
