We are looking for an outstanding Marketing Brand Specialist who is strong in creative concepts and copywriting to join our in-house Brand Team. Your mission is to work closely with Business Teams to deliver innovative brand campaigns for Chotot’s key verticals to increase TOM and market share.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Leverage users research, brandtrackers reports, users data and conduct users interviews if necessary to find out useful insights and develop strategic brand campaigns. Work closely with verticals to understand their business challenges and ensure the proposed campaigns help enhance market share.
• Brainstorm with team to build up relevant creative concepts and work closely with vendor/production houses to produce creative works. Take ownership of certain brand campaigns and go the extra mile to well-deliver results.
• Support team in media planning and take ownership of certain channels. Monitor those channels closely to optimize for the best results.
• Ensure brand communication for areas of responsibility and brand campaigns are consistent with the company and brand positioning.
• Actively explore and experiment with new channels/formats/media tools to promote the brand. Update market knowledge of key verticals to anticipate consumer trends and keep brand up to date.
• In charge of ad-hoc campaigns assigned by supervisor.

• Degree in creative/advertising or relevant area.
• Possess a curiosity to dig out useful insights behind user research and data and pick up the best.
• Creative thinking, dare to think out of the box for innovative ideas yet balance with business goals requested by verticals.
• Positive working attitude and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Own an open mind to discuss possibilities/solutions with team and critical thinking to make decisions.
