Marketing Associate

- Use relationship marketing strategy to create, maintain, and enhance strong relationships with guests to secure their loyalty

- Developing and executing online and offline marketing strategies

- Report directly to the Founder

- Create target audience profiles per season

- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis

- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups

- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies

- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

- Creating Standard Operating Procedures for all the processes in order to ensure quality

- Male/Female. Good in English in both writing & speaking.

- At least 2 years of experience in marketing

- Excellent communication skills

- Experience both content marketing and organize offline events

- Experience leading/building community

- Experience with the startup or tech-related companies

- Be a self-starter and highly motivated to achieve

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

- Open to feedback and quick to learn.

- Experience in Marketing for hotels is a big plus
