Marketing Assistant

- Receiving information from customer, making quotation and receiving feedback.
- Reporting daily or weekly about the status of market price, contract, and potential customer list.
- Assisting Manager in seeking value customer and providing customer service to clients and businesses, as well as establish vendor relations with manufacturers and other suppliers.
- Perform a range of activities to effectively enhance the company branding in the marketplace and workplace.
- Get to know the market and competitors by performing market research and creating monthly Market Reports.
- Supportive work for Site manager to coordinate, keep track and ensure the success of project with high customers’ satisfaction.
- Monitoring and reporting sales and inventory volumes.
- To undertake any other tasks as assigned by Manager from time to time

- Vietnamese Citizens, age from 22 to 30. Male is a priority
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 1-3 year experience in sales/marketing department in a foreign constructional company is a priority. Customer Service management experience/title will be ideal.
- Strong organizational and planning skill.
- Good communication in English.
- Computer Proficiency (MS word, excel, power point)
- Good Problem Solving Skills, customer-oriented and creative
- Good Interpersonal relation skills
