Marketing Assistant

At this position, you will implement/support HR in employer branding and employees relations. These tasks will include but not limit to:
1) Employer branding:
- Be in charge for making marketing plan, marketing budget and roll out marketing activities through out fiscal year;
- Be responsible for company social media (facebook, linkedin, company websites, and other kinds of on-trend social media…);
- Brainstorm concepts for marketing materials (company video clips, leaflets, backdrops, standees for job fairs, workshops…);
- Build brand awareness (build relationship with universities, join job fairs, workshops/lecturers for students; Tech-talk,…and other events that can increase brand awareness to target audience).

2) Employees relations:
Build up/strengthen healthy, stable relationship between employer and employees to increase the ES via:
- Be in charge for company events planning, budget, and execution (YEP, outing trip and other events);
- Be a dynamic member of SOCOM;
- Be in charge for internal communication;
- Be in charge for some admin tasks (timesheet, orientation training, POS inventory…);
- Other tasks as assigned.

** YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree;
- At least 2 year-relevant-experience;
- Open minded, willing to learn and having good presentation, negotiation skills;
- Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent English;
- Designing skill is a plus.
