Marketing Assistant

1. Assist in monitoring active marketing programs and developing ways to improve those campaigns:
- Prepare contracts and related documents
- Monitor campaign implementation in coordination with related internal and external teams
- Manage campaign performance and reports
2. Assist MKT team with major administrative tasks related to New Product Development:
- Prepare and submit documentation for all new products
- Manage artwork development
- Circulate new artworks for approval among PVM departments
- Follow-up with related teams and Suppliers for packaging production
- Request and manage product Code and Memo
- Update new information on product and price changes.
3. Assist everyday MKT activities:
- Manage brand Facebook content post and winner gift delivery
- Conduct internal Product Test
- Research and update competitor database
- Sales tracking and report
4. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

- University graduate, major in Marketing/ Economics/ English
- High productivity /process ability in administrative tasks
- Ability to do multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in marketing field, desire to develop oneself into product and brand manager
- Fluently in both English and Vietnamese
- Command with Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, Power point
