Analyse sales data and develop effective marketing campaigns for both Online and Offline Stores
Administrating the promotion mechanism of the monthly marketing campaigns into ERP/POS system (Oracle Netsuite)
Support and ensure the promotion setting are correct throughout the entire duration of the marketing campaign
Develop and support training presentation for monthly product training to sales team
Manage the brand's loyalty system and rewards program
Monthly importation and update of the VIP contacts into the respective system
Schedule monthly Electronic Direct Mailer to customers
Monthly update Oracle NetSuites for the VIP birthday month.
Handling daily responses to the customer care email, Facebook queries
Prepare the communication slides to inform the store team about upcoming activities and campaigns.
Preparing corporate sales quotation to our regular corporate clients and preparing the Sales Order.
*Salary range between USD 600 to 900 depending on experience and degree.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
University fresh graduate, or maximum 1 year experience.
**Must speak and write English fluently.
***Speak and write Mandarin Chinese fluently is an advantage.
Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications or related discipline.
Top 10% of graduating class cohort.
TOEIC score of more than 750.
IELTS score of more than 7.5.
Direct exposure in the retail industry and consumer-products is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel (knowing VLOOKUP function is a must)
Skills in Adobe Photoshop is a must.
Committed to working long hours in a fast-paced retail environment.
Organized, meticulous and results-driven.
