Mô tả công việc
1 Proposals/Approvals
• Support to follow up on proposal changes
• Support to follow all approvals until they are signed by all levels of management
• Support in record approvals for further action
2 Contracts
• Follow contracts for signing off and chop by all levels of management
• Contracts photocopy if needed
• Send back contracts to suppliers
• With Head quarter suppliers: support prepare contracts and follow on all steps
3 Payment
• Support Managers in record payments into Master Cost Control
• Support Record all invoices by scanned files
• Prepare Payment Requisition: First payment , second payment, final payment
• All levels sign off on Payment Requisition
• Prepare Advance Requisition (before events)
• All levels sign off on Advance Requisition
• Claims for Advance Requisition : Collects all necessary invoices for claims
• Follow up with Accounting Department for payments , support if there is additional requirements from
Accounting Department to complete payment procedures
4 Budget Cost Control
• Support in Budget Cost Control for The Mansions with Senior team members
- Record expenditure of The Mansions to make sure all cost lies in approved budget until next marketing campaign
- Statistics each period for further analysis or references
• Budget Cost Control for Park Kiara with Senior team member
- Record expenditure of Park Kiara to make sure all cost lies in approved budget until next marketing campaign
- Statistics each period for further analysis or references
• Budget Cost Control support for Villa phase
• Budget Cost Control support for The Village at ParkCity Hanoi
5 Inventory management
• All inventory management (Umbrellas, bags, printing collaterals,…)
• Support to follow up on proposal changes

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree
- Having from 1 year exeperiences in relevant fields
- Dynamic and capability in multi-tasking
- Pro-active, adaptive, and good follow-through
- Positive attitude, result oriented, resourceful, careful
- Motivated to learn, hardworking a team player
- Knowledge in sales and trade marketing would be an advantage
- Proficient with Excel, Words & PowerPoint
- English: Pre-Intermediate
- Having from 1 year exeperiences in relevant fields
