Marketing Assistant (6 Months contract)

Reports to: Marketing Portfolio Manager.

Based at: Ha Noi office

Job purpose: Assist Marketing Portfolio Manager while empowering Sales & Key Account Team to execute Marketing & Medical Campaigns. Facilitate preparation of commercial team to be able to execute, track and evaluate Marketing Campaigns independently under the guidance of Marketing Portfolio Manager. Establish process, identify optimization potential and propose improvements (Tools, Materials, Suppliers and Evaluation)

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Marketing campaigns/activities:
o Coordinate the Execution of Marketing Campaigns within assigned territory
o Optimize Planning & Execution of Campaign Related Marketing & Sales Events
o Identify Gaps in Execution (Tools, Suppliers, Processes, Capabilities) & Propose Action Plan to close Gap
o Set up guidance for supporting materials & process at Hanoi Office
o Support Marketing campaign evaluation & ensure regular update

Marketing Campaign Tool Management:
o Manage the stock and versions of marketing tools in Ha Noi office;
o Ensure marketing tools for marketing activities/campaigns and sales activation in the North are well forecasted, allocated on time with good quantity by regular updates and reports to Marketing Portfolio Manager;
o Collect the feedbacks of North sales team on Marketing tools on the regular basis with ideas for adapted versions.

Supplier management
o Act as key contact between Marketing Portfolio Manager, Commercial Team and suppliers/agencies
Any other task or duties assigned by management.

KPI:
o Marketing Campaigns are implemented on time and proposal for optimization & process is made
o North Commercial Team is empowered to implement Marketing Campaigns; gaps are identified, and action plan is set up
o Smooth coordination with Marketing team and North sales team

Profile:
o University graduated. 1 year of working experience at pharmaceutical companies as Medical Representative, in Marketing or within consultant agency is a plus

Education:
o University degree in Pharmacy/Business/Marketing

Computer skills:
o Microsoft office proficiency.

Language skills: Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
