Mô tả công việc
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES includes the following:
• Oversee both marketing and student recruitment operations to achieve set projection
• To develop and execute overall and periodical marketing strategies/ promotion plans
• To develop student recruitment plan and execute the plan to achieve the set objectives
• To build the Company brand and awareness, grow number of users of the company’s services and increase the revenue of the business units.
• To conduct regular marketing research and keep the Company updated with the industry trends, competitors’ information, including the market research/ analysis for specific purposes/ plans of the Company.
• To develop appropriate PR strategies/ plans for the Company.
• To be responsible for developing all marketing materials for the Company
• To organize and coordinate with media agencies and other departments in the Company in carrying out PR activities, promotional events, joined functions, etc.
• To be responsible for supporting other departments in organising internal activities/events when necessary
• Manages and directs staff deployment and developments to achieve Company goals and objectives.
• To handle any other duties/ responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor Degree, preferred in Marketing / Sales / Business
- Minimum of five years of experience relating to marketing / direct sales or student recruitment in Vietnam
- Demonstrated in-depth PR or Marketing and Sales techniques and financial principles
- Effective ability to communicate orally or in written form effectively
- Ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues.
