Mô tả công việc

1. Role Objective

The incumbent is responsible for marketing the hospital services in the respective region to increase the awareness of the hospitals/ clinics group by promoting the various services and packages offered by the hospitals/ clinics.

2. Principal Duties & Key Tasks

2.1. Responsible for planning, organizing and implementing marketing strategies to increase market share through higher penetration and awareness of hospitals brand.
- Identify and map the target customers (patients/regionally – corporate & non-corporate)
- Plan and organize initiatives like seminars and conferences to increase product-promotion participation, doctors referral.
- Organize seminars and lectures for promotion of the activities and services of the medical faculty and specialties.
- Organize outreach programs with prospective patient community
- Develop hospitals/ clinics unit level advertising plan.

2.2. Explore newer services and opportunities with the clients and build long term relationships
- Make proposals, demonstrations and presentations to hospitals/ clinics clients.
- Service current clients, client retention and follow- ups.
- Develop and nurturing new market and client support and coordination activities
- Manage and ensure high quality service delivery to high-end corporate clients.
- Interact with physicians.
- Report on feedback received through marketing activities

2.3. Plan and direct the pricing and billing policies, procedures for various specialized medical packages & services.
- Plan and supervise the content of the brochures
- Develop and determine the price list of packages like Primary health checkup, etc. Coordinate with the corporate marketing team for the effective implementation of marketing strategies

2.4. Process the insurance claims for the corporate: counsel patients about the procedures and process of insurance authorization and insurance claims

2.5. Plan and regulate the expenses of the marketing activities

2.6. Responsible for revenue and revenue growth from product and service sales
- Lead a team of marketing and sales people to archive the topline revenue
- Train and lead teams to plan and organize initiatives like seminars and conferences to increase product- promotion participation, doctors’ referral
- Organize CMEs /Seminars and lectures for promotion of the activities and services of the medical faculty and specialties.
- Organize outreach programs with prospective patient community
- Liaison between in house doctors and external doctors
- Identify additional service offerings to clients
- Develop and maintain the Corporate health-check clients.

2.7. Participate in the selection of candidates
- Identify training needs of the marketing team
- Appraise performance of the employee in the department, Initiate training programs to develop and improve medico-marketing skills

3. Decisions Making Authorities

3.1. Decisions taken by the Incumbent:
- Undertake initiatives to promote the services and packages offered by hospitals/ clinics.
- Determine the price list of the various services and packages offered.
- Undertake steps to increase the hold of the hospital group by obtaining the market shares.

3.2. Decisions recommended by the Incumbent.
- Design and compose content of the brochures.

6. General Profile
6.1 Academic Background
- Essential: BA in marketing/ economic university.
- Industry Preference: Health care

6.2. Experience Range Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as manager out of which 02 years as an Marketing manager in a reputed hospital.

6.3. Foreign language
- Proficiency English communication

6.4. Other requires
- Experience in marketing management
- Having passion in health care industry
- Be able to travel locally and abroad
