Marketing and Sales Assistant

• Research, analyze and make report on the real estate market overview, competitors, new project information in the assigned market, update market information and forecast the market.
• Support to create PR and marketing plan as well as coordinate with marketing agents to deploy the marketing plan for the projects invested and developed by the Company within approved budget.
• Support to create the sales strategy as well as selling price list, sales policy for the assigned projects and coordinate with sales agents in the selling period.
• Create, develop and maintain the relationship with other developers, sales agents, consultants, marketing agents.
• Other duties assigned by Marketing Director.

• Deep knowledge about marketing in the field of real estate will be highly appreciated.
• At least Bachelor’s degree in University (higher degree will be preferred)
• At least 1 year experienced in real estate market
• Strong analytical skills and fluently using MS Office.
• Use English fluently (both verbal and written)
