Marketing and PR Manager

- Together with other related departments and the Management participate in the conceptual development of all real estate projects and align all sales and marketing strategies and activities with the project progress, schedule, and construction.
- Advise the project development division and the Management of potential problems/issues with respect to time, safety, quality and cost of investment of real estate projects from market and customer perspectives.
- Develop and manage annual budgets for the department; review periodic costs and productivity analyses, and financial reports.
- Act as representative of the Company in interactions with various business partners, government and private agencies, funding agencies, the local community, and/or the general public.
- Develop and execute plans for all sales and marketing activities to achieve the sales targets.
- Plan and direct development and communication of informational programs to maintain favorable public perceptions of the Company's activities and agenda.
- Organize marketing events.
- Liaise with production and support personnel to produce or coordinate production of advertisements and promotions.
- Confer with other managers to identify trends and key group interests and concerns or to provide advice on matters that may lead to public perceptions.

- Having 5-7 years work experience in PR/ Marketing Communication management role in multinational company (background in media/press is preferable).
- Having excellent command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
- Being highly presentable and having excellent people skills.
- Being creative and innovative and able to work independently under pressure.
