We are seeking a Marketing and Client Coordinator based in our Ho Chi Minh City Office. The position supports with
producing proposals, marketing materials and branding control. Working closely with the Managing Partner, Head of
Business Development and Head of Services Teams to understand and explore client’s needs, the position’s role focuses on assurance of all information presented in sale and marketing documents (mostly in proposals) to clients on a high standard, accurate, professional and in line with corporate brand guidelines, aiming to offer and present appropriate services with highest values to clients; and partly works as Marketing role in building and developing marketing templates, materials, publication and branding control.

Responsibilities of the position include:
• Coordinate with relevant positions for exploration of client’s inquiries and needs
• Produce proposals on a high standard, accurate and appropriate for client’s needs
• Instruct, assist, supervise, and review the work of lower level (Client Coordinator and Marketing Assistant) regarding proposals, engagement letters, Marketing related tasks, and CRM system
• Prepare publication plans and preparing/ coordinating with relevant staff for publications under the plan
• In charge of branding control to ensure the brand presentation in line with the corporate brand guideline
• Assist with developing marketing content including headline/tagline and related materials
• Support with developing services content for websites, articles and newsletters
• Research and update legal, accounting and tax laws for monthly newsletter and internal distribution
• Other responsibilities assigned by the Managing Partner

Job Requirements:
• Graduated from a Vietnamese University, with a Bachelors’ Degree in English, Business, Economics or similar, or with a Marketing/ Business Administration/ Accounting major or relevant majors
• 2-3 year experience (in similar positions is an advantage)
• Having Marketing mindset, be creative and show initiative
• Fluent in English – written competency is a must and verbal skills are highly valued
• Understanding of Vietnam Accounting/Tax/Finance is a plus
• Good at Indesign or other design software is an advantage (otherwise, training will be provided)
Skills & Prerequisites
• Strong Teamwork: Dynamic personality with strong teamwork skills
• Proactive, hardworking, responsible and willing to learn
• Highly Motivated: self-driven, with the ability to use their own initiative, the ability to multitask, and the ability to solve problems and recommend appropriate solutions
• Ability to work under pressure and within tight timelines
• Ability to interface across functions and with internal and external parties
• Excellent written, verbal, non-verbal communication skills
