Marketing and Admission Manager

Overview of the position:
● The post-holder leads a team of admissions and marketing professionals with responsibility for the recruitment and admission of students to The International School ParkCity Hanoi by providing excellent customer service to the school’s external partners and prospective parents and their children.
● The post holder will explore, develop and implement the marketing, communications and admissions strategies, manage our Admissions and Marketing team and work with the whole school to enhance our school’s reputation.
Key Responsibilities and Account abilities:
● Help schools successfully foster the community relationships and with internal and external partners in relation to Marketing & Admissions.
● Develop and implement the collaborative communication plan to widen ISPH ’s network of positive relationships and improves its reputation.
● Oversee the marketing materials, products and strategies, managing the planning and coordination of promotion and marketing events.
● Direct and advise the development and implementation of student recruitment, conversion and retention strategies.
● Manage the admissions procedures to ensure that are followed in line with ISPH’s admissions policy and deliver effective admissions practice with outstanding customer care.
● Conduct market research and analyse data to identify trends, new developments/competitors, and formulate marketing scheme.
● To manage student enrollment numbers and projections to maximize and grow the student recruitment in-take to meet or exceed targets
● Ensure that a clean, accurate, confidential and up-to-date school database is maintained of students and their parents.
● Oversee and maintain the ISPH website, social media and other modes of in a professional and engaging manner.
● Represent ISPH in a professional manner school as a brand ambassador, ensuring the school’s partners and prospective parents are aware of, and understand its strengths and values.
● Propose and then manage the annual marketing budget and monitor return on investment of marketing activities undertaken

Minimum Work Experience
● Minimum 5 years of professional experience required.
● Experience of contemporary education and student recruitment
● Experience of working effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.

Minimum Academic/Professional Qualifications:
● Graduate degree in a relevant discipline.
