Mô tả công việc
Revenue Management (25%)
• Manage retention program e.g. Small Business, Must Protect initiative which include selection of customer, visits by HODs, update visits, coordinate gifts and communications
• Review Rate and Service Guide with annual rate change, manage rate migration, proof reading and communications
• Analyze and review of Pre-Approved Rate Card
• Review content on the Rate and Service Guide
• Support and conduct IWA training, IWA issues and pricing related matters
Business Plan & Performance Reporting (40%)
• Extract and process daily data and prepare performance report (GVO Top 50,…)
• Prepare Bid Activity Report & Bid Activity Review deck
• Update OGP account list every month
• Support growth initiatives driven by country/district/region
• Support on AGC slides
Resellers & Retail Managements (25%)
• Liaison person between Viettel and UPS internal stakeholder for problem resolution
• Manage and support retail promotion; coordinate with district/region for approval of promotion materials and collaterals
• Monitor resellers and retail performance
Others (10%)
• Support customer acquisition program; letters to new customer
• Review and support translation
• On site support for marketing event

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor's Degree or Intl Equivalent – Preferred
• Preferably with 1 year experience in related field
• Hands-on knowledge in Microsoft including MS Access, MS Excel preferably with some understanding in programming
• Meticulous with strong attention to details, demonstrate good numerate skills, matured thinking, dependable and requires minimum supervision
• Excellence in oral and written communication skill.
