ROLE
To work as Social Media Executive to create/publish content & design graphic layouts specifically to promote an Acting & Public Speaking School on FB/Instagram and School Website. To work directly under the Marketing Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• To write and create content specific to Acting/Filmmaking/Directing/Public Speaking/Human Emotions and Behaviors for the Acting School’s FB, Instagram, Academy Website.
• To create graphic design layouts for social media posts on
Facebook/Instagram/Website
• To push/promote/seed Social Media & DC content daily
• To assist with PowerPoint presentation/Brochure/Curriculum and Layout design
• To select/retouch photos
• To work closely with Editor/Cameraman to edit promotional videos & photos according to approved concept.
• To assist to write copy and do graphic layout for Press releases, promotional materials, presentations, proposals when needed.
• To assist in coordination and execution of industry showcases, events, workshops and any activities for the Acting School Needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• 2 year experience in this field of Marketing/PR/Copywriter/Acting School/Education/Filmmaking/Social Media/PR
• 2 years experience in creating content for social media campaigns with skilled knowledge in increasing engagement and building followers for FB and Instagram.
• Great Project Management and Time Management skills.
• Word/PowerPoint/Excel- intermediate-advanced skilled.
• Bilingual, Verbal/Written in both Vietnamese and English is preferred.
• Must be honest, respectful, responsible, punctual and open minded to learn and develop to work and support the team.
• Must have creative style and taste in design.
• Strong interest in Social Media/PR/Filmmaking/Acting/Education
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• Experienced in Word, PowerPoint
• Experienced in Adobe photoshop, illustrator
• Some video editing (Final Cut Pro/Adobe Premiere) and Photography would be great but not mandatory.
