Marketing & Sales Manager for Real-Estate Development Projects

1. Market Research
- To conduct market research of potential projects
- To prepare reports on real estates of big cities in Vietnam; be capable of understanding and analyzing reports on real estates with the perspective of a marketing professional
- To conduct site surveys and gather market information to reflect the pricings of the market
- To formulate strategies and advise on product compositions, masterplans, selling price for prospective projects

2. Marketing
- To formulate the marketing plan for real-estate development projects.
- To deduce feasible market strategies with analytic skills
- To execute various marketing activities and promotions with reputable vendors.
- To establish and manage the marketing budget and program for each project
And other duties assigned by General Director.

3. Sales
- To involve in building up the sales plan & promotion plan
- To coordinate and supervise the sales agents to achieve the sales target

Workplace: Lotte Center Ha Noi, 54 Lieu Giai, Ba Dinh, Ha Noi.

- 3~5 years of relevant working experience
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in university
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
- Potential dispatch to SPVs for specific projects
- Experience in sale & marketing of residential development projects
- Capable of English presentation
- No constraints for domestic and international business trips

- The wage agreements in interview.
- Able to work in an active and professional working environment.
- Insurance and Paid-leaves as required by Labor Law.
